All Tamarindo Care support workers are highly trained and fully committed
to providing service and support of the highest quality. They understand that
each person has their own needs and ways of wanting to live their life; this is
what makes people unique. It is then the responsibility of our staff
team to allow their support to be shaped by your needs and goals.
Our staff team are dedicated to developing themselves professionally
and personally; always being encouraged to learn new skills and methods in order
to improve the level of support provided to you. All staff are recruited via thorough,
customer-orientated processes and then follow comprehensive training plans;
which are consistently monitored in order to ensure that high standards of quality
are being met in the support provided to you. At all times, staff are closely
supervised and monitored in order to ensure that they are happy, developing and
most importantly providing an excellent standard of support to you.
Tamarindo Care is registered with the governmental regulatory body for England;
the Care Quality Commission. We must adhere to and reach certain standards of
practice; we therefore constantly self-evaluate our compliance and practices.
In order to do this, we have a number of quality assurance tools in place to monitor
and ensure good practice.
Tamarindo Care is also a member of the Dignity in Care Network and has affiliations
with a number of Local Authorities.
