We try to help you with those worries; firstly by offering affordable support and care packages; secondly by taking the time to sit down with you to explain everything about the costs and payment for that service, as well as answering any question you can think of or are worried about.

If you are happy to proceed once you have spoken to us, a Service Manager will then visit you in order to discuss your Personal Support Plan with you, answer questions you may have, explain fees/payment to you, get to know you a little better and for you to get to know us a little better.

Depending upon your financial circumstances, you may be entitled to receive funding support from your local authority, so please contact your local social services and they will be able to advise you further.
